Sheetz was founded in 1952 on the principles of respect for each other and our customers. The term “Total Customer Focus” was coined in the 80’s when Chairman Steve Sheetz (then President/CEO) held focus groups with employees to develop our Mission. That “Mission,” to provide our customers with fast and friendly service and quality products in clean and convenient locations, still reigns true today. TCF is the acronym we use internally to refer to the outstanding service our dedicated employees provide every single day.
